1. Use of the Service
BookMySalon is a salon management platform provided by WebNexa Technologies. You agree to use the service for lawful business purposes only and not to misuse or disrupt it in any way.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions activate after successful payment. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan from the dashboard at any time.
4. Partner Program Rules
Commission. Partners earn commission only when a salon successfully purchases a paid subscription using their referral link or QR code.
Commission Eligibility. Commission is credited only after the salon's payment has been received and cleared. Failed, refunded or chargeback transactions are not eligible.
Self Referral. Partners cannot earn commission on their own subscriptions or on subscriptions purchased for businesses they personally own.
Fair Use. Partners must not use spam, misleading claims or fake signups. Any such activity may lead to suspension of the partner account and forfeiture of pending commission.
5. Intellectual Property
The BookMySalon name, logo, product design and content belong to WebNexa Technologies. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
6. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and rare technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
WebNexa Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of BookMySalon. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 3 months.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
